If you want your stand to have a complete look and feel related to your corporate image, we can make the necessary changes to meet your requirements. Based on a briefing done by the exhibitor and the company brand guidelines, we'll make your booth look the way you want it to.

Visibility

Logo and link from the fair's homepage – Carrousel
Gold companies have a direct link to their booths from the home of the fair. By having the logo on the rotating display of main sponsors, more users will click through the logo in order to get to their virtual booths, which will in turn increase visits.

Direct link to e-Stand from the map of e-Stands
The fair will have a 3D map of booths that will represent the Exhibitors. The distribution of booths is created so that users can feel like they’re visiting an actual, physical fair.

Gold level will have a 3D booth with their logo When rolling over the miniature, a small window will show the company name. When clicking in the booth area, the visitor will be diverted to the booth of the company.

Silver level will have a smaller 3D booth with half the size of the Gold one. It will be also customized for each company with the logo. When rolling over the miniature, a small window will show the company name. When clicking in the booth area, the visitor will be diverted to the booth of the company.

Bronze level companies will have a booth in the general bronze level area. When rolling over this area, a pop up window shows up linking to the bronze list of companies included in that sector. When clicking in the booth area, the visitor will be diverted to the List of bronze level exhibitors.

Users can also get to the company stands by browsing through the list of exhibitors. Gold companies are positioned on the top of the list. By clicking on the company name, the user is taken directly to their booth.

Webinars – Interactive live video with sound
Live presentations are heavily used in Virtual Events. Our Webinars system is integrated into our platform and has been programmed to be easy to use and also easy to work with corporate environments with hard firewalls. Gold and Silver companies have one webinar included within the fair.

Video and presentation are available at the webinar, together with other features, like the speaker’s bio or the list of attendees.

Exhibitors can schedule webinars through the backend of the platform. The schedule is then automatically shown on the frontend of the fair for visitors.

Text Chat (integrated in the Virtual Fair platform)
Exhibitors and candidates can interact through the Written Chat feature which is fully integrated into the platform.

There are three levels of possible chat:

  • - Booth chat: In the information module of each booth, visitors can enter in the chat and talk to other users who are on line. If the booth representative is logged in, he or she will be visible and will be available for written chat.
  • - Visitor to Visitor Chat. Throughout the application, visitors can participate in chat with other visitors using the chat tab that is shown on the bottom right of the web page.
  • - Visitor to exhibitor. If the booth representative has logged in via booth management area and has clicked the “activate chat mode” option, visitors will see that the company representative is available for chatting. Initiating chat is possible both for companies and visitors.

Booth owners can make their schedule public for chat via the chat agenda.

Survey
All attending companies can create a survey for their visitors and include up to five questions. The results are linked to the candidates’ résumés and can be seen in real time through the dashboard.

Promotional Banners
As part of the decoration of the booth, together with the base templates for the modules, companies can upload up to three decorative banners (depending on the amount of modules included). Banners are not only decorative but also clickable.

Compatibility Test
The compatibility test is a series of questions for all the attendants of the fair. The visitors are asked these questions in order to help him or her to navigate through the Virtual Fair.

The objective is to enhance the visitors’ user experience and to help them find company booths that they, otherwise, might not have thought would match their profile.

Exhibitors can rate the possible answers through the private area so that they can find visitors that match what they are looking for.

Email Inbox
When a company representative is not logged in, visitors can leave a message on the 24/7 message box. Exhibitors can handle those messages through their private area in the backend of the fair.

Photo Gallery
Exhibitors who purchase a Gold or Silver booth can have up to 15 pictures with captions to displayed for their visitors

Downloads (mp3 files, vouchers, widgets, etc..)
Gold and silver exhibitors are able to share up to 10 files with their booth’s visitors. They can share various types of documents and files(pdf, doc,ppt…)

Skype
Besides the integrated written chat, exhibitors and visitors can use Skype for launching quick one to one interviews with each other in case one of the parties would like to propose a face to face meeting. By using Skype we allow exhibitors and visitors to use a widely used and trusted application that ensures communication quality, familiarity, and ease of use within corporate environments.

Content Management Tool

e-Stand stats: visits, resume uploaded
All stands have access to stats showing the number of vistors to the fair as well as to an exhibitors specific stand. In addition, it displays the résumés that have been collected, as well as answers to the survey and other useful information.

Access to resume
Attending companies can access the collected resumes through their private area. Gold level companies can get access to all the resumes collected at the fair, not only to those gathered at their booth.

Pre-selection screening, evaluation tools, selection management
Résumés can be sorted out in folders, and easily exported to pdf, xls or xml format once the fair is over. Users can be filtered according to several parameters.

Real time management of the functions of your e-Stand
Attending exhibitor companies upload all the contents of their Virtual Booths by entering a unique username and password provided by the organizer of the fair. Companies can also choose the look and feel of their Virtual Booth from a series of options offered through this tool.

All the changes are done through an intuitive interface, so the exhibitor companies can easily upload the information to their booth and make changes in real time.
